How To Buy

• Can I change my order after it has been placed?

You can request changes to your order details (like a shipping address or name spelling) within 30 minutes of placing it. Since we provide a digital proof, you will have the chance to adjust the actual artwork style and details during the review phase before anything is printed.

• How long does the whole process take?

Usually, the design and approval process takes 2-3 business days. Once you approve your proof, printing and framing takes another 2-4 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves the lab.

• Can I order just the digital file without a physical print?

Yes, we offer a "High-Resolution Digital Download" option. This is perfect if you want to use the artwork as a phone wallpaper, share it on social media, or print it yourself later. You will receive the final file via email once you have approved the design.

• What makes a "good" photo for my order?

For the best results, try to provide a photo that is:

Well-lit: Natural outdoor light or a bright room works best.

At eye level: Photos taken looking down at your pet are less ideal.

Complete: Make sure those cute ears are fully in the frame and not cropped out!
Don't worry—we review every photo. If your photo isn't quite right, we will reach out to you before we begin.

• Can I have more than one pet in a single portrait?

Yes! We can feature up to three pets on a single canvas. You don’t even need a photo of them together; you can upload individual shots, and our artists will compose them into one seamless, balanced group portrait. For portraits with more than 4 pets, please contact our support team for a custom arrangement.

• Can you work with old or low-quality photos for a Pet Memorial?

We are honored to create portraits for pets that have passed away. We understand that you may have a limited selection of photos. Our artists use advanced restoration and AI-enhancement tools to sharpen and improve older or blurry images. If we feel a photo is truly unworkable, we will contact you immediately to find the best solution.

• What art styles do you offer?

We have curated a variety of styles to suit every home:

Royal Collection: Your pet as a king, queen, admiral, or aristocrat.

Classic Oil: Rich textures and timeless vibes inspired by the Old Masters.

Soft Watercolor: Delicate, airy, and artistic for a modern look.

Pet Memorials: Ethereal and peaceful designs specifically created to honor a pet’s legacy.

• Will I see a preview before my portrait is printed?

Absolutely! This is where we differ from many other studios. Your satisfaction is our priority, so we send a digital proof to your email within 2-3 business days. You can request edits or approve it for printing. We only send your artwork to the production lab once you are 100% happy with the result.

• Do you only create portraits of dogs?

While dogs are our specialty, we welcome all pets! We can create stunning portraits for cats, horses, birds, bunnies, and even exotic animals. If you have a clear photo of your companion, we can turn it into a masterpiece. Please note: we currently focus exclusively on animals and do not offer human portraits.
